Biography

Afsana Jerin Shayery is an enthusiastic learner who completed her BA (Hons) in English Studies, and MA in English Language Teaching (ELT) from Daffodil International University, Bangladesh. Currently working as a Research Associate (RA) in the Department of English, faculty of Humanities and Social Science, Daffodil International University. She nurtures her passion for teaching and research in academia. She also worked in university administration and gained professional development in demand skills, communication and management strategies. She is interested in the research projects in the field of outcome based learning and students' feedback in English Language Teaching (ELT); effectiveness of digital learning over traditional education in Bangladesh and international perspective, also on academic sustainability practices and building strong professional communication and so on. She has visited several countries as a part of leadership and skill development participations,gained multicultural knowledge, and has been awarded in pitching and project idea development competitions.
