Refund Policy

Refund Policy Thank you for choosing International Online University (IOU) as your preferred educational platform. We strive to provide high-quality courses and ensure your satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds for course fees paid through our payment gateway, Stripe, in accordance with the 14-day refund policy rules in the United States.

1. Eligibility for Refund

1. Eligibility for Refund 1.1 Eligible Plan: Refunds are only applicable to the yearly plan offered by International Online University. Monthly subscription refund are not available but you can cancel you plan.

1.2 Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 14 days from the date of course enrollment. After this period, refund requests will not be processed.

2.2 Verification: Once we receive your refund request, our team will verify the provided information and review your eligibility for a refund based on the criteria mentioned in Section 1.

2.3 Refund Approval: If your refund request meets the eligibility criteria, we will approve the refund within five (5) business days. You will receive a confirmation email regarding the approval and further instructions.

2.4 Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the initial enrollment, via our payment gateway, Stripe. Please note that the refund process may take up to ten (10) business days to complete, depending on your financial institution.

3. Refund Condition

3.1 Course Completion: Refunds will only be granted for courses that have not been completed beyond 20% of the total course content.

3.2 Course Access: Once a refund is processed, your access to the course materials and associated resources will be terminated immediately.

3.3 Non-transferable: Refunds are non-transferable and can only be issued to the original payment method used for enrollment.

3.4 Third-Party Charges: International Online University is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by third-party financial institutions or payment gateways in relation to the refund transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Items

4.1 Third-Party Services: Please note that any fees paid for third-party services, such as examination fees or course materials provided by external entities, are non-refundable.

4.2 Customized Programs: Refunds are not available for customized programs or courses specifically tailored to an individual's requirements.

5. Policy Amendments

international Online University reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. In the event of any changes, the revised policy will be posted on our website, and the new policy will apply to any refund requests made after the policy update.
