Welcome to the Introduction to Data Science course. This is an introductory course in data science. We live in the 4th industrial revolution, and this era’s data is the most important thing. Data will be the new electricity of this era. Every day we produce tremendous amounts of data. Using this data, we can predict the future. So, learning so many things, we need to know the basic terms and implementation procedure. Glassdoor has ranked Data Science as its top profession. According to IDC, by 2025, global data will grow to 175 zettabytes. Marketing, healthcare, finance, banking, policy work, and other industries all use data science to some extent.

This Introduction to Data Science course is also designed based on these things. For enrolling in this course, you don’t need to have previous knowledge. I assume that you are pretty new to this sector, and this course will be perfect for you to begin with. It would be best if you are interested in learning, that’s it. 

In this course, you will find six classes. Four classes are entirely theoretical lecturers, and the last two classes are lab activities. Firstly, we discuss the importance and future of data science. It’s a brief class. Next, you will learn of various most popular data science toolboxes (Colab & anaconda). After this, we talk about population & sampling and different sampling methods, which is very important for predicting correct results. Lastly, tried to explain the various essential term of data science. When you have an idea about data science, then you go to implementations. There is our lab work. We will complete our lab using Python, where we will learn how to work with datasets.
